通过失重及表面腐蚀层厚度的测定以及红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等分析手段研究了二甲苯不饱和聚酯树脂(XUPR)在30%硝酸溶液中的腐蚀行为,提出了材料耐该介质腐蚀的机理.结果表明,失重和表面腐蚀层厚度经一定时间浸泡后趋于稳定,不同温度下达到的稳定失重和腐蚀层厚度值不同.腐蚀机理为:浸泡过程中试样表面发生了物理吸附及化学反应,形成了一层淡黄色的物质,其厚度与温度有关.该层物质阻止了硝酸分子向试样内部的扩散.

The corrosion behavior of xylene unsaturated polyester resin (XUPR) was studied in 30% HNO3 solution at ambient temperature and 90℃ by using weight-loss testing, corrosion layer thickness measurement,SEM and FT-IR techniques, etc. The results showed that, weight-loss and corrosion farer thickness of thesamples inereased initially with immersion time, then went up to a certain value that was dependent ontemperature. The corrosion mechanism was proposed. Physical absorption and chemical reaction mighttake place on the specimen surf are during immersion. The surface layer produced could act as a barrierto further diffusion of HNO3 into the specimen. It could be concluded that XUPR is a good material ofcorrosion-resistance to 30% HNO3 solution.
