采用真空吸铸法制备了不同铬含量的铜铬合金铸锭,研究了铬的真实固溶含量对其晶格常数与显微硬度的影响.结果表明:铜铬合金铬固溶含量低于其固溶度时,晶格常数与铬固溶含量、显微硬度与铬固溶含量、晶格常数和显微硬度间均呈良好线性关系;铬固溶含量超过其固溶度后,合金的晶格常数、显微硬度随铬含量变化不大.
