采用凝胶相转化法,以聚醚砜(PES)、杂萘联苯聚芳醚砜酮(PPESK)为膜材料,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂,通过改变铸膜液中非溶剂添加剂甲酰胺的含量,在平板刮膜机上制备了一系列超滤膜.考察了甲酰胺对铸膜液黏度、膜结构和性能的影响,对PES/DMAc和PPESK/NMP铸膜液体系中甲酰胺的作用规律进行了研究.

Polyethersulphone (PES), phenodiazine polyether-sulfone-ketone (PPESK) are developed engineering thermoplastic and membrane materials with high glass transition temperature. Gel phase inversion method was used to produce a series of PES/DMAc, PPESK/NMP ultrafiltration membrane with flat membrane casting equipment through changing the content of nonsolvent additives(formarnide). In this process, PES and PPESK were taken as solute, dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) were taken as solvent. The effect of formamide on the viscosity of casting solution and the structure and performance of membrane was investigated and the action rules of formamide in PES/DMAc and PPESK/NMP membrane-forming system were studied.
