研究了700℃长时时效对LF2合金组织及其高温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:合金在700℃长时时效后存在γ′相、MC相、Laves相和σ相;γ′相呈小圆球状弥散分布于晶内,MC相和Laves相未聚集长大,σ相大量析出;MC相和Laves相对合金高温强度的影响很小;γ′相是使合金具有良好高温强度的重要析出相;σ相的大量析出是合金高温屈服强度下降的主要原因。

The effect of long-term time aging at 700 ℃ on microstructure and high temperature tensile property of LF2 alloy was studied.The results show that γ′,MC,Laves and σ phases were found in the alloy after long time aging at 700 ℃.γ′ phase diffusely distributed in transgranular,MC and Laves phases did not gathered and grew and σ phase precipitated greatly.MC and Laves phases had little effects on high temperature strength of the alloy,γ′ phase was the important precipitation phase to make alloy having good high temperature strength,and the main cause of decreasing the high temperature yield strength of alloy was σ phase precipitating greatly.
