  为探索难熔金属和铜粉致密化工艺,提出了细晶粒W-Cu合金喷雾热分解制粉—球磨湿混—液相烧结的制备方法。通过反复试验获得致密度高、晶粒纳米化的细晶粒W-Cu合金复合材料。采用此材料烧结成的样品毛坯,经两步锻造工艺制得EFP药型罩试样,密度可达到理论值的99.8%,抗拉强度可达320 MPa,综合性能优越,具有一定的成形性,有利于提高W-Cu合金药型罩的侵彻威力。

In order to explore the compacting process of refractory metals and copper powder,the preparation method of spray pyrolysis—wet ball?mixing—liquid phase sintering of fine grain W?Cu alloy was put forward. The W?Cu alloy composite material with high density and nano grain was prepared through the repeated tests. The density of EFP liner prepared with this material can achieve 99.8% of theoretical value and the tensile strength reaches 320 MPa after two?step forging processes. The results show that the fine grain W?Cu alloy material has good comprehensive performance,and some formability,which is helpful to improve the penetration capacity of W?Cu alloy liner.
