BTi-421111钛合金是一种低成本中强钛合金,通过研究BTi-421111钛合金薄板冷轧变形量、退火温度等工艺参数对室温力学性能和显微组织的影响,探讨了BTi-421111钛合金薄板冷变形特点及组织性能的变化规律,确定了BTi-421111钛合金最佳的退火温度。研究结果表明: BTi-421111钛合金板材具有较好的冷变形能力,合理的变形量为30%左右,此时板材的抗拉强度为1140 MPa,延伸率为11%,强度-塑性匹配良好;最佳退火温度为780~810℃。

BTi-421111 is a kind of low-cost and moderate-strength titanium alloy .The effects of cold rolling reduc-tion, annealing temperature on mechanical property and microstructure at room temperature was investigated in this paper .The cold deformation character and the structure evolution law of BTi-421111 titanium alloy sheets have been summarized .It is found that BTi-421111 has the good perfomrance of cold deformation .The reasonable deformation is approx.30%.The tensile strength is 1 140 MPa and elongation is 11%.The strength and ductility has good match . The optimal heat treatment is 780~810 ℃.
