在双悬臂弯曲模式下对四种抗冲共聚聚丙烯样品进行动态力学分析(DMA). DMA曲线显示四种样品都存在两个Tg转变峰,表明样品中同时存在乙丙橡胶非晶相和聚丙烯基质相(PP).分析了样品的基本物理性能、乙烯和乙丙橡胶含量及SEM相态形貌,由分析结果可知:1#样品的乙丙橡胶非晶相和PP相的相容性较好,表现出较好的高温和低温韧性.实验结果表明DMA可快捷、直观地评价样品的微观结构对力学性能的影响.

Four kinds of impact copolymer polypropylene were researched by dynamic mechanical analysis instrument on the mode of dual cantilever.The DMA curves revealed the presence of two Tg peaks in all samples,indicating the amorphous phase of ethylene-propylene rubbers and polypropylene (PP).According to the basic physical properties,the ethylene and ethylene-propylene rubber content and the investigation of the SEM phase structures,it can be found that sample 1 # behaved the better Izod impact strength and toughness at both high and low temperature for the better compatibility between the ethylene-propylene rubbers and PP.DMA also can be used to evaluate the impact of microstructure on the physical properties quickly and visually.
