以某型号轻型皮卡车的车架为研究对象,设计了泡沫铝填充结构汽车车架,并应用有限元分析软件分别对其填充前后的动态特性进行分析,得到两种车架的自由模态和约束模态的振型图、各阶模态的固有频率和最大位移。结果表明,泡沫铝填充结构车架具有优越的动态性能,对提高汽车的舒适性具有重要意义。

By taking a certain type frame structure of pickup truck as a research object,the frame structure filled with foam aluminum was designed. The dynamic characteristics of frame filled with and without foam aluminum were analyzed using finite element simulation software. The free and constrained modal results of two frames structures,such as vibration modes,natural frequency and maximum displacement were obtained. It shows that the dynamic characteristics of frame filled with foam aluminum are superior to the original frame structure. So,foam aluminum filling frame has an important significance for improving vehicle comfort.
