在已有实验研究结果的基础上,建立了适用 于聚氨酯交联聚合反应体系粘度变化的一般模型和表示式。对二异氰酸和三元醇反应体系的 研究表明,体系的粘度由温度、反应程度或重均分子量等决定;在反应程度约0.7左右将发 生凝胶现象,此时,粘度和重均分子量等急速上升;体系的初始温度、催化剂的浓度等对粘度的历史有显著的影响。

The general expressions for viscosity changes of polyurethane reaction system during network polymerization were establish ed under the basis of experiments. The results show that the viscosity is predom inated by temperature, reaction extent or weight average molecular weight. At re action extent about 0.7, gel will occur, viscosity and weight average molecular weight will rise sharply. The initial temperature and concentration of catalyst have effects on the history of viscosity. The model here is valuable for determi ning technical parameters of polyurethane reaction system.
