在保证成形性能和抗鳞爆性能的前提下,以传统冷轧板DC01的成分为基础,适当的提高碳、锰和硫的含量,通过热轧、冷轧和退火工艺控制,获得了一种低成本高贮氢性能的搪瓷用钢。钢板的屈服强度不大于270 MPa,抗拉强度不大于400 MPa,伸长率不小于30%。钢板中的Fe3C和MnS均为有效的贮氢陷阱。随着退火温度的升高,Fe3C逐渐减少,氢渗透时间逐渐降低,但在退火温度730℃保温5 h后试验钢的氢渗透时间仍可以满足要求。通过湿法涂搪试验进一步验证了氢渗透时间测定方法的可信性,同时钢板与涂层间具有良好的密着性能。

Under the premise of the insurance of forming property and fish-scaling resistance,based on the composition of traditional cold-rolled sheet DC01,a low-cost and high hydrogen storage properties of enamel steel was developed by appropriate increasing in C,Mn and S contents and controlling the hot rolling,cold rolling and annealing process.The mechanical properties of the steel were: yield strength ≤270 MPa,tensile strength ≤400 MPa and elongation ≥30%.The Fe3C and MnS were effective hydrogen storage traps.With the annealing temperature rising,the hydrogen permeation time reduced gradually for the reduction of the Fe3C.But after annealing temperature 730 ℃ for 5 h,the hydrogen permeation time of experimental steel still fulfilled the requirement.Through the wet enameling experiment,the credibility and practical value of the hydrogen permeation device were validated and the steel plate and coated had good adhesion properties.
