针对脱硫塔内单液滴捕集颗粒物,建立了考虑惯性、拦截、布朗扩散、热泳和扩散泳作用的单液滴捕集颗粒物模型.基于数值模拟结果分析了温度、液滴直径和颗粒粒径对单液滴捕集过程及效率的影响规律.无量纲分析表明,对脱硫塔环境下亚微米颗粒物的捕集,泳力作用强于惯性作用.推导了考虑Stefan流的扩散泳效率计算公式,经数值模拟结果检验,采用该公式能够准确地计算湿法脱硫过程对颗粒物的脱除效率.
