针对铸机扇形段开口度超标更换频繁,结晶器倒锥度跑偏,铸坯偏析、内裂等精度控制不合格等问题,对直弧型连铸机扇形段进行了有效的过程控制,达到了铸机扇形段精度参数精确控制的要求,使扇形段使用寿命达到6个月以上,结晶器倒锥度和接缝超标控制在不大于1次/月。

Frequent replacement of caster segment and mold taper deviation brought about serious problem of slab quality,for instance segregation and crack of slab.Aiming at solving the problem,concrete and effective process control and management for the caster segment were carried out.As a result,the accuracy parameters of the caster segment satisfied the requirements of process control,the service life of the segment reached over 6 months,and off-standard times of mold taper and joints were within 1 per month
