冷轧钢卷边包缺陷严重影响带钢的板形和表面质量。在攀钢大量现场边包调查分析的基础上,提出探索边包根源的实验方案并现场跟踪测量。通过对实验结果的对比分析,表明钢卷的边包虽然出现在冷轧,但不是由冷轧带钢的板形不良引起,而主要是由热轧带钢的边部局部高点厚度大于中间厚度引起,并且热轧带钢的楔形又加剧了冷轧钢卷边包。为冷轧钢卷边包缺陷的治理指明了方向。

The side convex defect of coldrolled strip coil seriously influences the shape and surface quality of the strip. On the basis of large quantity of field research and analysis in Pangang, experimental scheme is brought forward for exploring the origin of side convex of coldrolled strip coil and field track and measurement are made. The results indicate that although side convex of strip coil appears during cold rolling, it is not caused by the bad strip shape of coldrolled strip coil, the thickness of side local high spot of the hot rolled strip is larger than the middle thickness, and the wedge shape of hot rolled strip aggravates the side convex of coldrolled coil. The correct direction is given to the cure of the side convex defect of coldrolled coil.
