本文在低速单转子轴流压气机上对于周向单槽进行了实验研究。首先在叶片前后两端选取了两个单槽,在壁面不同弦向位置进行了动态静压信号的测量。通过静压信号的功率谱分析发现,前端单槽可以明显抑制泄漏流非定常波动所对应的频带,而后端单槽对该频带无明显改变。为了进一步讨论后端单槽的作用机理,又针对后端单槽设计了放气和引气两种扩稳结构,通过实验和数值模拟验证了其扩稳效果。结果表明,在后端单槽底部放气会降低扩稳效果,而在单槽底部放气后引回前缘进行喷气的结构可以进一步提升扩稳效果。

This paper demonstrates the experimental work about the single circumferential groove on a low speed single-rotor axial compressor. The single groove at the front and back part of the blade was studied respectively, and the dynamic casing static pressure was measured along the chord. Power spectrum density (PSD) of the static pressure showed that the groove at the front part could suppress the band which corresponds to the unsteady fluctuation of tip leakage flow, while the groove at the back side expressed no significant change to this band. Two designs were added onto the back side groove to discuss the mechanism of the groove close to the blade trailing edge. The first design was to bleed the air from the bottom of the groove, while the second is to circulate the bleeding to the leading edge as tip injection. Both the experiments and CFD simulations showed that the bleeding from the groove reduced the stall margin improvement, while the recirculation of the bleeding air as tip injection could increase the stall margin even further.
