针对某石油炼厂黄铜管经投用后仅三个月频繁泄漏的问题,通过对取样管进行成分分析、性能试验、氨熏试验、金相分析、显微硬度测量、扫描显微镜观察及x射线能谱分析,得出黄铜管泄漏的主要原因是:海水流速过低和海水中悬浮物过多,管内产生沉积垢而发生沉积腐蚀直至黄铜管穿孔。在此基础上,提出了管内壁镀膜处理、控制海水流速等防止或减缓腐蚀发生的措施。

For the frequent leakage of brass tubes in a petroleum refinery operated for only 3 months, component analysis, perforrnace test, ammonia smoked experimentation, metallographic analysis, microhardness test, scanning electron microscope identification and analysis of X-ray energy spectrum were used to analyzed the tube. The main reason of brass tube leakage was found as follows: too slow flow velocity of seawater and too much suspended substance in seawater resulted in fouling in the pipe and thus leading to deposit corrosion and perforation of the brass pipe. Some measures to prevent the corrosion were proposed.
