通过组织分析和性能分析等方法,研究了最后一火变形量对MGH754合金板材组织以及性能的影响。结果表明:最后一火变形量越高,板材热轧态组织的晶粒越细小,更有利于组织发生二次再结晶,生成粗大的盘状粗晶组织。同时,板材的持久强度也随着最后一火变形量的增大而升高。

The effect of deformation reduction on structure and property of MGH754 alloy sheet was studied through structure analysis and fracture analysis. The results show that the reduction in the last fire is higher, the grain after hot rolling is finer, and it is more advantageous to occur secondary recrystallization to generate coarse pan-cake grain. Meanwhile, the creep rupture strength of sheet increases along with increasing reduction in the last fire.
