对经过790℃固溶处理后的Ti-26合金棒材进行了不同温度及时间的时效处理,研究了时效温度和时间对Ti-26合金棒材显微组织和拉伸性能的影响.研究结果表明:在450~550℃范围内,随时效温度升高,合金组织有针状α相弥散物析出.升温至510℃,相同时效时间内析出α相数量最多,高于510℃,部分析出α相开始溶解.合金时效处理10 h内,随时效时间延长,合金组织针状α相弥散物数量增加,且针状α相存在跨晶界长大现象.合金经510℃ ×10 h时效处理,α相形核和长大达到最佳匹配,Ti-26合金获得理想的强度和塑性匹配.

The aging treatment of Ti-26 alloy bars at different temperatures and time were carried out after 790 ℃solution treatment. The effects of aging temperature and time on the microstructures and tensile properties of Ti-26 alloy bars were studied. The results show that aging temperature of 450~550 ℃ range,along with the aging temperature, the microstructure has acicular alpha dispersion precipitation. Aging temperature to 510℃,the number of precipitation alpha phase has maximum precipitation in the same aging time,higher than 510 ℃,the part of precipitation alpha phase begins to dissolve. Aging treatment within 10 h,with the extension of aging time,the dispersion number of like needle precipitation alpha phase increases,and acicular alpha grows up across the grain boundary. Aging treatment by 510 ℃ × 10 h,the precipitation alpha in nuclear and grows up to achieve the best match,Ti-26 alloy obtained ideal strength and plasticity matching.
