采用共沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法制备钙钛矿LaCoO3脱硫催化剂,运用BET、XRD、SEM、TG-DTA等表征手段,研究了干燥条件、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对催化剂微观结构、比表面、晶型的影响。结果表明共沉淀法煅烧时间为12h,煅烧温度为900℃可得到较纯净、比表面较高的LaCoO3样品;溶胶-凝胶法煅烧时间为4h,煅烧温度为800℃,干凝胶处理温度为180℃时,可得到更高比表面的LaCoO3样品。
Two combustion synthesis methods,the coprecipitation method and sol-gel process,have been used to prepare complex oxide desulphurization catalyst of LaCoO3.The microscopic structure,catalytic specific surface,crystal formation of the perovskite oxides are analyzed and characterized by BET,XRD,SEM,TG-DTA.Higher surface area and more pure LaCoO3 samples could be achieved under following conditions:coprecipitation method,12h,900℃;sol-gel process,4h,800℃ and burning temperature of dried gel,180℃.
