以马来海松酸(MPA)、八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、γ-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷的水解物(HAPMS)和二甲基二甲氧基硅烷(DMDMOS)为原料,在不需要溶剂的条件下,采用一锅法合成了一种侧基含有MPA基酰亚胺杂环(MPABI)的甲氧基封端聚硅氧烷树脂(MP-MOS),并利用核磁共振(1 H-NMR、13C-NMR)和红外光谱(FT-IR)对其结构进行了表征.研究发现,MP-MOS树脂无需催化剂就可室温硫化成具有一定强度的涂膜.利用热重分析(TGA)和差式扫描量热法(DSC)表征了MP-MOS树脂室温固化物,数据表明,其具有耐高低温性能.
