对中国石化燕山石化生产的丁基橡胶IIR1751,依据国家标准进行了ML (1+4)100℃、ML (1+8)100℃、ML(1+4)125℃、ML(1+8)125℃4种条件下的门尼粘度均匀性检验。方差统计结果表明:4种条件下,丁基橡胶IIR1751的门尼粘度均匀性检验的统计量F值分别为1.55、1.76、1.97、1.75,均小于临界值Fα2.31,说明丁基橡胶IIR1751在不同条件下,样品的门尼粘度均均匀。样品经过1年的稳定性考察t统计值小于ta(n-1)临界值4.30,该样品门尼粘度在1年内没有明显的变化,样品稳定。该批次样品门尼粘度均匀、稳定,能够满足门尼粘度标准物质研制的要求。

The uniformity on mooney viscosity of butyl rubber IIR1751 of Sinopec Yanshan petrochemical com-pany was tested under four conditions including ML(1+4)100℃、ML(1+8)100℃、ML(1+4)125℃、ML(1+8) 125℃ according the national standard. The results of variance indicated that statistic value F of the uniformity on mooney viscosity of butyl rubber IIR1751 were 1. 55 ,1. 75 ,1. 97 and 1. 75 respectively were lower than that critical value Fα2. 31,it showed that the mooney viscosity of butyl rubber IIR1751 samples were uniformity in different con-ditions. The statistic value t of stability investigation of sample after one year was lower than critical value 4. 30 and the mooney viscosity hadn’t changed significantly in this one year,it showed the samples were stability. Therefore, the uniformity and stability on mooney viscosity of the batch samples were able to meet the requirements of research on mooney viscosity referance materials.
