聚苯硫醚(PPS)滤料经HNO3、H2S04、HCI和NaOH进行预处理,研究了预处理对PPS滤料性质及选择性催化还原(SCR)催化活性的影响。红外光谱(FT-IR)分析结果表明,只有经HNO3预处理的PPS滤料表面发生明显氧化;差示扫描量热(DSC)和热失重(TG)分析表明,经H2S04、HCl和NaOH预处理的PPS滤料保持原有良好的热稳定性,HNO、预处理的PijS滤料热稳定性下降。低温下对PPS滤料进行SCR催化活性测试,结果表明,经H1SO4、HCI和NaOH预处理的PPS滤料SCR催化活性有一定程度的提高,经HNO3预处理的PPS滤料SCR催化活性有一定程度的下降。{

Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) filter was pre-treated with HNO3, H28O4, HCI and NaOH. The effects of pre-treating on properties and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalytic activity of PPS filter were studied. Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) shows that the surface of PPS filter only treated with HNO3 is oxidized dramatically. The results of differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry indicate that PPS fiber treated with H2SO4, HC1 and NaOH still has favorable thermal stability while the thermal stability of PPS filter treated witla HNO3 decreases. The SCR catalytic activities of PPS filter were tested at lower temperature. The results show that the SCR catalytic activities of PPS filter treated with H2SO4, HC1 and NaOH increase, while those of PPS filter treated with HNO3 decrease.
