为了提高Ti/TiO2电极的催化性能,采用阳极氧化法在钛基体上制备出具有纳米管状的多孔Ti/TiO2薄膜,在此膜上采用阴极电化学沉积方法沉积Pt来制备Ti/TiO2-Pt修饰电极.用XRD,FESEM分析了沉积前后成分、晶相结构以及表面形貌的变化.结果表明:Pt优先沉积在Ti/TiO2管口以及管边缘处.用循环伏安曲线和极化曲线分析表明,沉积Pt的Ti/TiO2电极其电催化性能得到了明显改善.
