以间苯二酚和甲醛作为碳源,利用模板微球塌陷成碗状结构制备碳纳米碗,再以氢氧化钾作为活化剂高温下活化以获得高比表面积.采用扫描电镜、拉曼散射、氮气吸附脱附、循环伏安、恒流充放电及电化学交流阻抗等方法对其性能进行测试.结果表明,活化碳纳米碗的比表面积高达1423m2/g,在充放电电流密度为0.5A/g的条件下,比电容为175F/g,循环3000次(20A/g)以后可保持96.8%的电容量,实验结果表明是一种优良的超级电容器电极材料.
