高级检索

借助电化学阻抗谱测试技术和显微硬度测试技术,对比分析了不同的SiC纳米颗粒镀前处理和不同的电流密度对Ni-SiC纳米复合镀层耐腐蚀性能和硬度的影响.结果表明:采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对SiC纳米颗粒作镀前处理提高了复合镀层的耐腐蚀性能和硬度,而采用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)则降低了镀层的耐腐蚀性能和硬度;超声波式磁力搅拌镀前处理的方式不影响复合镀层的耐腐蚀性能,但影响其硬度;增大电镀时的电流密度,可以提高复合镀层的耐腐蚀性能和硬度.
