根据Miedema二元合金生成热模型,结合相关热力学数据,对硅钙钡系中的各二元合金在1 873 K下的活度进行计算。结果表明,采用该模型对SiAl合金活度的计算结果与实测结果吻合较好;并对SiBa和AlBa合金熔体1 873 K下各组元的活度进行了计算,为含钡合金的成分设计和生产提供理论依据。

Based on the Miedema model for calculating the formation heat of binary alloy system, activity of each binary system in SiAlBa alloy system at 1873K was calculated combining the relative thermodynamics data. The results show that the activity calculation results of SiAl alloy are in good agreement with the experimental data using the Miedema model. The activity of SiBa and AlBa binary system are also calculated to provide the theory for the alloy design and production of barium bearing alloys.
