介绍了利用射钉法在邯钢板坯连铸机测量铸坯凝固坯壳厚度的情况。利用射钉法测定出坯壳厚度，根据凝固定律，可计算出连铸机的综合凝固系数和铸坯液相穴深度，为优化二冷配水等提供依据。
The situation of using nailshooting technique in the shell thickness measuring of Han Steel continuous slab caster was introduced. According to the solidification law, the thickness of the shell can be measured by the nailshooting and the synthetic solidification coefficient, as well as the liquid core length of billet can be calculated, which provided the foundation of the optimal secondary cooling.
