摘要:选用长疏水链的丙烯酸酯分散稳定剂,采用自稳定分散聚合的方法制备了球形丙烯酸酯类反应性微凝胶颗粒.研究结果表明,当白分散稳定剂丙烯酸十八酯(ODA)用量为30mol%~40mol%,交联剂三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)用量为5mol%时得到平均粒径在25nm左右的球形微凝胶颗粒.由差示扫描量热(DSC)测试结果可知,选用不同的单丙烯酸酯单体,可获得在室温下为橡胶态或玻璃态的微凝胶颗粒;且制备的反应性微凝胶是环氧828/间苯二胺(EPON828/MPDA)体系的一种有效增韧剂,含有环氧基团的微凝胶颗粒,增韧效果最好,同时环氧树脂的热性能得到提高.
