采用浸没法,以纯Mg及AZ91D,AZ61,ZK60,ZM21镁合金为基体材料,在植酸水溶液中制备植酸转化膜.观察了植酸转化膜的形貌,分析了转化膜的元素组成及浓度分布,进而研究了镁合金的微观结构对制备表面植酸转化膜的影响.结果表明:合金元素对植酸转化膜的形成起着决定性的作用,高价合金元素(Al和Zr)比低价合金元素(Zn和Mn)更有利于植酸转化膜的形成,以固溶体存在的Al比以化合态(Mg17Al12)存在的Al更有利于转化膜的形成.
