以中国石油天然气股份有限公司兰州化工研究中心研制的聚丁二烯橡胶评价用环烷基操作油为定值样品,依据JJF 1059．1-2012对其20℃密度定值的不确定度来源及各不确定分量进行了分析和评定。影响操作油定值样品20℃密度定值不确定度的主要因素有密度测试仪器设备、各实验室测量重复性、样品的均匀性及样品的稳定性。经过评定,操作油定值样品20℃密度定值时的不确定度为0．0026g/cm3,其标称值为(0．9214±0．0026)g/cm3。
The sources of uncertainty and the uncertainty components of characterization of 20℃ density of naphthenic petroleum oil which developed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center for butadiene rubber evaluation were analyzed and evaluated according to JJF 1059. 1 -2012. Evaluation of uncertainty for 20℃density of petroleum oil certified samples were influenced on instrument,the measurement results repeatability of all laboratories,homogeneity and stability of samples. The results showed that the uncertainty of character-ization of 20℃ density of petroleum oil certified samples was 0. 0026 g/cm3 , and the nominal values was (0. 9214 ± 0. 0026)g/cm3.
