采用Cu-Cr-Ce预合金粉末进行内氧化反应研究Ce对Cr_2O_3/Cu复合材料组织和性能的影响.结果表明:在预合金粉中添加适量的Ce,可提高Cr_2O_3/Cu复合材料的性能,同时明显改善复合材料中Cr_2O_3在基体中的分布和细化Cr_2O_3的颗粒,提高Cr_2O_3/Cu复合材料中Cr_2O_3的生成率,促进Cr的内氧化.本实验条件下,Ce的最佳添加量为0.1%(质量分数,下同).

Effect of rare earth Ce on microstructure and properties of Cr _2O_3/Cu composite was studied by internal oxidization of Cu-Cr-Ce prealloyed powder. The results show that the appropriate Ce addition into prealloyed powder can increase the properties of Cr_2O_3/Cu composite, improve Cr_2O_3 distribution in Cu matrix and refine Cr_2O_3 particles. Meanwhile, Ce addition can increase the yield rate of Cr_2O_3 and promote internal oxidization of Cr. Under the condition of this experiment, the optimum Ce addition is 0.1% (mass fraction).
