利用原子转移自由基聚合制备了一系列两亲性氟化ABC型三嵌段共聚物mPEG-b-PMMA-b-PFMA,并对其组成进行了分析.通过调节本体氟含量和热处理改变涂层表面组成,利用X射线光电子能谱考察了涂层表面组成与人纤维蛋白原(HFg)吸附量的关系.结果表明,表面引入含氟组分后,共聚物呈现出良好的抗蛋白质吸附性能;当共聚物中含氟单体的摩尔分数达到5.98%时,样品表面HFg吸附量最小,氮含量只有0.7%,相比于PMMA表面几乎没有吸附.增加亲水部分或含氟组分的含量,HFg吸附量增加.当涂层表面组成中亲水部分EO含量在8%~12%,含氟基团含量为10%~30%时,表面氮含量低于1.5%,对HFg的阻抗吸附效果较好.
