高级检索

针对轧制超厚板对钢水洁净度和板坯质量的特殊要求,进行了LF炉渣系、VD和LF炉吹氩制度以及连铸工艺参数等优化试验。试验结果表明:钢水纯净度达到了预期效果,w([P])≤0.01%,w([S])≤0.003%,w([O])≤4×10-6,w([H])≤0.9×10-6,w([N])≤35×10-6;同时,板坯质量也得到了有效的改善,Q345系列钢种的中心偏析为1.0级,其他试验钢种的C类偏析达到了0.5级;中心疏松都达到了0.5级。

Aiming at the special requirements for the purity of liquid steel and quality of slabs for milling extra-thick plates,such industrial tests as adjustment of slag system for LF refining process,argon blowing for VD and LF and the technological parameters of caster was carried out.The results show that purity of liquid steel come to the desired effects,such as w([P])≤0.01%,w([S])≤0.003%,w([O])≤4×10-6,w([H])≤0.9×10-6,w([N])≤35×10-6.Additionally,the quality of slabs are improved markedly,the center segregation of Q345 series steel get to 1.0 and other test steel grade get to 0.5;the central porosity of test steel grades get to 0.5.
