本文以硅渣为主要原料,利用熔融法制备了高强度微晶玻璃.采用差热分析(DTA)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了不同晶化温度对硅渣微晶玻璃的晶相演变、显微结构、形成机理和样品性能的影响规律.研究结果表明:在最佳晶化温度870℃时,主晶相为铁板钛矿(Fe2 TiO5)和透辉石(CaMgSi2O6)复合晶相,微观结构致密,晶粒呈球状,抗折强度为270MPa,维氏显微硬度为989.72MPa,耐化学腐蚀性能较好.
