薄膜太阳电池因成本低廉、光电转换效率高已成为国际光伏市场发展的新趋势和新热点,因此,“薄膜太阳电池工艺与应用”是光电子科学与技术、应用物理学等相关本科专业的一门重要的技术基础选修课程。该文初步探讨了课程特点、学生情况、教学手段及考核方式的教学改革,以期提高本科生的专业基础和科研能力,获得较好的教学效果。

Thin film solar cells are of low cost and high efficiency. They have become the new trend and hotspot of the development in the international PV market. Therefore,the technology and application of thin film solar cells is gradually becoming an important course for college students of optoelectronic science and applied physics. In or-der to improve undergraduate professional foundation and enhance teaching quality in class,the teaching reform of teaching contents,characteristics and teaching methods were analyzed in this paper.
