采用双(三乙氧基丙基硅烷)四硫化物(TESPT)、双(三乙氧基丙基硅烷)二硫化物(TESPD)和3-丙酰基硫代-1-丙基-三甲氧基硅烷(PXT)制备了天然橡胶/白炭黑复合材料.用扫描电镜(SEM)表征了白炭黑在橡胶中的分布形态.SEM表明,与TESPT和TESPD相比,PXT改性白炭黑在橡胶中分散最好,分布最均匀.力学测试表明,含TESPT的复合材料其定伸应力最大,而含PXT的拉伸与撕裂强度最大.利用橡胶加工分析仪对天然橡胶/白炭黑复合材料的动态力学性能分析表明,三种偶联剂改善了白炭黑的表面特性,大大减轻填料网络化,使储能模量、损耗模量和损耗因子减小,其中PXT的改性综合效果最好.
