用溶液法在铜片表面制备Cu2O膜,再用十二硫醇对表面进行修饰,制备出接触角达157.7°、滚动角小于2°的超疏水Cu2O表面.用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、光学视频接触角仪以及电化学工作站表征和分析了试样的表面.结果表明,制备的超疏水Cu2O表面具有优异的不粘附性和耐腐蚀性能.具有超疏水特性的铜片表面与液体接触时,形成的“气垫”阻碍了水和腐蚀性溶液(如CI-)对铜片的接触;铜片表面修饰的十二硫醇能延缓腐蚀性溶液对铜片表面的渗透,使表面具有超疏水性.
