利用有限元模拟软件DEFORM-3D对异型钛材的多道次轧制成形过程进行数值模拟,研究了坯料形状、孔型侧斜度以及轧辊间距对TA2纯钛异型材轧制过程及成品的影响。结果表明,圆形坯料有利于保证轧制过程中的稳定性,较大的侧斜度有利于提高变形的均匀性,而增大轧辊间距会导致轧件宽展相应减小。总之,借助计算机模拟异型钛材的轧制生产过程,可以优化坯料形状、完善孔型设计、制定轧制工艺,特别是在异型钛材新产品开发中,对于缩减产品研发时间,降低生产成本,提高轧制效率具有重要意义。

The multi-pass rolling process of shaped titanium product was simulated using finite element software DEFORM-3D.In the simulation, the effects of billet shape, hole pattern and roller spacing on rolling process and finished products of the TA2 titanium alloy with special-shaped were studied.The results show that the round billet is beneficial to ensure the stability of the side slope in the rolling process, and the larger hole pattern is beneficial to improve the uniformity of deformation, while increasing the spacing of rollers will lead to accordingly decrease of the workpiece width.In a word, the use of computer simulation in the rolling process of shaped titanium product is important for us to optimize the billet shape, develop or modify the ring rolling process, cut down product development time, reduce production costs and improve rolling efficiency.
