耐蚀性是影响管道可靠性的重要因素,其中氢致裂纹是管道的失效形式之一。笔者依据NACE TM028496 HIC试验标准,对不同组份、不同成形工艺的管线钢的抗氢致裂纹性能进行了测试,研究了珠光体组织偏析带及C、Mn、S元素对管线钢氢致裂纹性能的影响。结果表明:随珠光体偏析带组织的产生,管线钢抗氢致裂纹性能下降;碳含量增加,将增强氢致裂纹敏感性;同时,Mn、S易造成低温组织、夹杂物和聚合物的偏析,将导致管线钢氢致裂纹敏感性的增强。

Corrosion resistance play an important role in the reliability of pipeline steels, and HIC (Hydrogen Induced Cracking) is one of failure forms for pipeline. The standard NACE TM028496 was adopted to study HIC of pipeline steels with different chemical composition and different fabrication method. The effect of pearlite bands and C, Mn, S on HIC was discussed, the more the pearlite bands, the lower the resistance to HIC, and HIC will develop along the banding microstructure. Moreover, with the increase of elements C, Mn,S, the resistance to HIC will be decreased, meanwhile, Mn and S easily form inclusions, segregation bands that will lead to HIC.
