CPR1000机组常规岛用偏碱性除盐水贮箱(SER)通常采用碳钢内涂进口乌龟油的方法防腐,但是乌龟油的施工对环境温度有一定限制,要求底漆8~30°C、面漆10~30°C,而红沿河核电一期SER内防腐施工进度在冬季,环境温度低于10°C,因此需要选择其他合适的防腐涂料。借鉴火电厂除盐水箱内防腐经验,以纯聚脲作为防腐涂料进行溶出物试验。结果表明,在15 d的试验期间,无重金属离子溶出,Na+、F-和Cl-的质量浓度均小于0.5μg/L,24SO -的质量浓度低于2μg/L,满足SER的防腐要求。与涂覆乌龟油相比,涂覆纯聚脲的3台水箱可节省投资120万元。半年多的商运结果表明,喷涂纯聚脲防腐涂层的SER水箱出水水质满足核岛、常规岛各用户要求。

The carbon steel used inside the weakly alkaline demineralized water storage tank (SER) for the conventional island of CPR1000 unit is usually coated with imported“turtle oil” (a product of MAX PERLèS ET CIE) for corrosion protection, whose construction is limited by environment temperature, i.e. 8-30 °C for the primer and 10-30 °C for the topcoat. The corrosion protective construction inside the SER of the first stage of Hongyan River nuclear power station was in winter, and the environment temperature was commonly lower than 10 °C. Therefore, another suitable corrosion protective material must be selected. Taking the experience of corrosion protection inside demineralized water storage tank in thermal power plant as a reference, the matters dissolved from an anticorrosive pure polyurea coating in high-purity water were analyzed. The results indicated that no heavy metal ions but less than 0.5μg/L Na+, F-and Cl-, and less than 2μg/L 24SO -were found in the solution after testing for 15 d, meeting the corrosion protection requirement of SER. The investment for coating three storage tanks with pure polyurea saved 1 200 000 RMB as compared with using the“turtle oil”. The commercial operation for more than half a year showed that the water quality of effluent from the SER coated with pure polyurea met the requirements of nuclear island and conventional island equipments.
