制备不锈钢的粉末冶金工艺与传统熔炼工艺相比具有成本低的优势,其生产的零件接近净成形且尺寸精度较高。主要介绍了近年来国内外利用粉末冶金工艺制备不锈钢的研究进展,包括烧结理论、成形和烧结技术的发展及成分添加剂对不锈钢组织和性能的改善。最后结合粉末冶金不锈钢的应用现状,提出了今后研究应重点关注的方向。

Comparing with traditional smelting technology,the powder metallurgy technology to prepare stainless steel had low cost advantage,and the parts produced by the technology are near to net shape and have fairly high dimensional accuracy.The research progresses of preparing stainless steel by powder metallurgy technology in recent years are introduced,including the progress of sintering theory,forming and sintering technology,and the additives improving the microstructure and property of stainless steel.Finally,combining with the application status of powder metallurgy stainless steel,the focus of attention direction are proposed for the future research.
