通过对La不同掺杂比例SBT的XRD、拉曼光谱测试表明La掺杂对铋层状结构材料SBT的结构没有破坏.随掺杂量增加La取代不同位置,SBT拉曼光谱中270cm-1峰和550cm-1峰先宽化然后逐渐锐化,314cm-1肩峰锐化,870cm-1峰没有太大的变化.La掺杂进入类钙钛矿层对邻近TiO6八面体振动影响更大.
