研究Na_2SiO_3 -NaOH体系电解液中Ce(NO_3)_3含量在0~0.20 g/L范围内变化时对ZAlSi12合金表面微弧氧化陶瓷层组织和厚度的影响.采用SEM、XRD分析微弧氧化处理后陶瓷层的表面形貌和相组成.结果表明:随着Ce(NO_3)_3含量增加,陶瓷氧化层厚度逐渐增大,电解液中Ce(NO_3)_3加入量0.15 g/L时可获得最大厚度为170 μm的陶瓷层;电解液中加入Ce(NO_3)_3后,膜层仍主要由α-Al_2O_3和γ-Al_2O_3相组成,但α-Al_2O_3相的相对含量增加.

Ceramic coatings were obtained by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) on surface of ZAlSi12 alloy in sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide electrolyte with addition of Ce(NO_3)_3.The effects of contents of Ce(No_3)_3 in the range of 0 ~ 0.20 g/L in the electrolyte on microstructure and thickness of the ceramic coatings were investigated.The surface morphology of the coatings was observed by SEM and phases of the coatings were analyzed by XRD.The results reveal that thickness of the coatings increases with the increase of the content of Ce (NO_3)_3 in the electrolyte to the maximum value of 170 μm when the content of Ce(NO_3)_3 is 0.15 g/L.The coatings formed in the electrolyte containing Ce(NO_3)_3 are still composed of α-Al_2O_3 and γ-Al_2O_3 phases, however, the amount of α-Al_2O_3 phase increases with the addition of Ce (NO_3)_3 in electrolyte.
