以Nd_(31.5)Fe_(bal)B_(6.0)Co_(1.2)Cu_(0.04)(质量分数,%)为母合金,添加不同含量DyH_x粉研究Dy对Nd-Fe-B磁体性能和微观结构的影响.研究发现,Dy未扩散到主相晶粒中,主要分布在晶界相中;Dy使磁体晶粒得到细化、均匀化,异常长大晶粒基本消失,晶粒边界结构得到改善;添加0.5%(质量分数)的DyH_x粉可以明显提高磁体矫顽力H_(cj),但添加量超过1.0%(质量分数),磁体矫顽力H_(cj)增幅变小,磁体密度严重下降.

The effect of Dy on the properties and microstructures of sintered Nd-Fe-B with addition of various amounts of DyH_x powder to Nd_(31.5)Fe_(bal)B_(6.0)Co_(1.2)Cu_(0.04)(wt%),as a precursor alloy,has been investigated.It is found that Dy is only located in the intergranular phases,and there is no diffusion of Dy into the matrix phases;It makes the grain more refined and uniform,and can effectively restrain the abnormal grain growth.Meanwhile,the microstructure of grain boundary has been improved; In addition,intrinsic coercivity H_(cj) is obviously increased with 0.5wt% DyH_x addition.However,it is not easily improved and the density of magnets drastically decreases when the amounts of DyH_x addition are more than 1.0wt%.
