在制备人工老化样的基础上,利用丝素蛋白/乙二醇二缩水甘油醚对老化丝纤维进行加固,并对加固前后的丝纤维进行了性能和结构表征。研究结果表明,丝素蛋白与乙二醇二缩水甘油醚发生了化学反应;反应位点为Tyr羟苯基上的羟基、Lys上的氨基、His咪唑基上的亚氨基等;加固样的断裂强力从1.54 N提高到15.8 N,伸长率从2%提高到8.0%,硬挺度从1.08×10-2mN.m降到0.71×10-2mN.m。加固后丝纤维的断裂强力、伸长率、柔软性大幅度提高;热稳定性和耐热老化性较好,这种加固方法具有可再加固性。

Silk fibroin/ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether consolidation treatment on the artificial aging of silk fibres has been studied.It is found that the chemical reaction is occurred between silk fibroin and ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether.The reactive sites are the phenolic hydroxyl group of Tyr,amidogen of Lys,imino group of imidazolyl of His.The breaking strength of the consolidated silk is improved from 1.54N to 15.8N.The elongation at break is increased from 2.0% to 8.0%,the flexural stiffness is decreased from 1.08×10-2 mN·m to 0.71×10-2 mN·m.The breaking strength,elongation at break and flexibility of the aging of silk fibres are improved significantly after consolidation. Thermostability of the aging of silk fibres is improved slightly after the treatment.The aging of silk fibres can be further strengthened by this consolidation treatment.
