以苯基三甲氧基硅烷(PTMS)和N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基-二甲氧基硅烷(Si-602)为原料,在盐酸作催化剂的条件下,通过水解缩聚制备了含有氨基的甲基苯基有机硅树脂.实验结果表明,当PTMS与Si-602的配比为9:1、反应温度为50℃、催化剂含量为15%(质量分数,下同)、反应时间为4 h时,产物产率为91.0%.并用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1 H-NMR)对产物结构进行了表征.热重(TG)分析结果表明,当PTMS与Si-602原料配比的摩尔比为9:1,甲基苯基硅树脂热稳定较好,900℃时残炭量高达56.59%.
