通过热重分析仪研究了不同氯硫含量的氟磺化聚乙烯(CSM)在不同升温速率下的热分解行为.采用Ozawa及Kissinger方程研究了氯磺化聚乙烯的降解动力学,研究发现CSM的热降解过程包括两个主要失重平台,而且氟磺化聚乙烯的热分解反应不是一级反应.Ozawa方程计算的活化能随着产物中氯硫含量的增加从304.661 kJ/mol下降到2920573 kJ/mol.Kissinger方程计算的活化能分别为282.785 kJ/mol和274.176 kJ/mol.ln(β/T_m~2)对1/T_m作图得一直线,证明氯磺化聚乙烯的热分解符合无规分解模型.

The Chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) with different chlorine and sulfur elements content were studied at several heating in air rates by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The degradation kinetics of CSM was analyzed by Ozawa and Kissinger equation. The TGA results indicate that the degradation of CSM under goes two steps. The thermal degradation of CSM is not a first order reaction. The activation energy of CSM decreases from 304.661 kJ/mol to 292.573 kJ/mol and from 282.785 kJ/mol to 274,176 kJ/mol with chlorine and sulfur elements content increasing by Ozawa method and Kissinger equation, respectively. The thermal degradation of CSM accords with the model of random degradation.
