Hardness, Wear Resistance and nacture Toughness of Cast Hiduminium/Corundum Particulate Composites

This paper reports some results obtained in an investigation to see how increasing the corundum dispersoid content from 0% to 7% in a matrix of as-cast and wrought hiduminium alloy affects the hardness. wear resistance and fracture toughness of the composite. The results show that as the corundum content is increased, the hardness and the wear resistance increase remarkably,whereas the fracture toughness drops significantly. It was found that Just a minute amount of corundum is sufficient to cause a fairly large change in these mechanical properties. The hardness of the material is also affected signifIcantly by the aging time. Moreover, if other factors are kept constant, hot extrusion improves both its hardness and its wear resistance. whereas the fracture toughness is decreased

本文研究了C6A4MS-C2S-C4AF系中R2O5对β-C2S的稳定性问题.结果表明:P2O5的掺入能有效抑制β-C2S转变为γ-C2S,稳定β-C2S;少量P2O5对C6A4MS的形成无抑制作用.

Ba在C2S-C3S矿物相中固溶机理探讨

以Ca(OH)2、SiO2、Fe2O3、Al2O3化学纯为原料,分别掺入不同质量分数的Ba(OH)2制备不同矿物相组成的熟料相,运用化学分析、XRD、SEM、水化热测试方法,研究掺Ba(OH)2后熟料相中硅酸三钙-硅酸二钙(C3S-C2S)混合相组成、晶型、新相生成的变化规律.结果表明:Ba(OH)2一定程度上削弱C3S形成,且稳定β-C2S形成效应明显,矿物相体系中α'-C2S、α-C2S量减少并转换为β-C2S,掺量大于2.5%后有新相Ba0.48 Ca1.52SiO4形成;Ba(OH)2掺入促使矿物相中C2S相明显增多,晶粒整体尺寸变小,边界变圆润;随Ba(OH)2掺量递增,熟料样的水化速率呈持续减小的趋势变化.

FORMATION OF AMORPHOUS GE-S SEMICONDUCTOR ALLOYS BY MECHANICAL ALLOYING

Amorphous Ge1-xSx(x=0.61, 0.67, and 0.72) semiconductor alloys have been found formed by ball milling of powder mixtures of elemental Ge and S. The amorphization process and the ball-milled products have been investigated by x-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and Raman scattering. The results show that amorphous Ge-S alloys may form in a self-heating reaction, driven by the large heat of formation of amorphous and/or liquid Ge-S alloys. The structure of mechanically alloyed amorphous Ge-S alloys is similar to but not exactly identical with that of rapidly cooled amorphous Ge-S alloys. The amorphization transition mechanism reported is believed to be suitable for preparing other amorphous semiconductor alloys with similar thermodynamic conditions.

C-S-H 凝胶及其研究方法

在分析C-S-H凝胶的复杂性和特征的基础上,就测定它的化学组成、C-S-H凝胶中[SiO4]4-四面体的聚合度及其结构的化学和物理的方法作了简要介绍.现代各种测试方法的出现和使用,对C-S-H凝胶的组成和集中[SiO4]4-四面体的聚合结构有了较为完整的概念.

EFFECT OF P, S AND Si ON THE SOLIDIFICATION,SEGREGATION, MICROSTRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES IN Fe-Ni BASE SUPERALLOYS

The effects of the trace elements, P, S and Si,on the solidification, segregation,microstructure and mechanical properties of GH761 and In718 alloys were studied.It was found that the segregation of the P,S and Si can be greatly aggravated or relieved by the precipitation taking place during the solidification. In the heat treated state,P enhances the intergranular precipitation in the GH761 alloy.The refinement of P in In718 alloy causes the appearance of a film-like δphase.Si increases the intergranular precipitation of the M_6C and the Laves Phase in the In718 alloy.P, S and Si play diverse roles in the tensile and the stress rupture properties of the GH761 and In718 alloys. The most striking effect is that P significantly prolongs the stress rupture lives of the GH761 and In718 alloys in a wide range of 0.00050.015 wt% .The mechanisms by which P,S and Si influence the superalloys are discussed in the text.

C2S前导物对C3S形成及活化能的影响

用工业原料在不同温度预合成C2S(2CaOSiO2)为主要矿物的前导物,并以该前导物为基础,补入适量的钙,在不同温度下二次烧成水泥熟料.结果显示:采用1250℃、1300℃和1350℃预合成的C2S前导物配料二次烧方法,有利于熟料在低温下烧成,在1350℃左右实验熟料样品中游离氧化钙即可小于1.0%.相应C3S在熟料体系中的表观形成活化能相比不同配料烧成的对比组明显降低,而不同温度制备的前导物配料,C3S在熟料体系中的形成活化能相差无几.

The molecular based electrical conductor Ni(C3S5)2 has been prepared and its conductivity has been measured from room temperature down to 60 K. Above 167 K Ni(C3S5)2 exhibits a semiconductive behaviour, below this temperature it turns to exhibit metallic conductivity. Based on a tight-binding energy band calculation, an expression for the number of conducting electrons has been deduced. The calculated conducting activation energy is quite well in accordance with the measuring value.

本文研究了Q相-C2S配合料中V2O5对β-C2S的稳定性问题.结果表明,微量V2O5可以稳定β-C2S,使Q相与β-C2S可在常温下共存;Q相-C2S配合料中V2O5/C2S在0.8~1.0%的范围内V2O5稳定β-C2S的效果最好.

基于堆焊成形钛合金高周疲劳实验数据的R-S-N模型

针对应力比对疲劳寿命影响的问题,以TC18钛合金堆焊成形(利用多层堆焊的方法制备)试样为研究对象,进行了3种应力比(R=0.5、R=0.06、R=-1)的疲劳实验,得出相应的疲劳极限,应用"应力幅值寿命模型"和"三参数寿命模型"得到6条S-N曲线.根据裂纹扩展速率与疲劳寿命的积分关系,以两种疲劳寿命数学模型为基础,系统地研究了应力比(R)与疲劳寿命曲线(S-N)的关系,提出了考虑应力比的疲劳寿命(R-S-N)数学模型.根据本文提出的修正公式,建立了适用TC18钛合金堆焊成形材料的两种R-S-N数学模型,结果表明:用应力幅值寿命模型可对中等疲劳寿命区进行准确的预测,而三参数寿命模型更适合中长寿命区域的预测.提出的两种R-S-N数学模型与实验值吻合良好,并可在工程上预测任意应力比下的疲劳寿命曲线.
