R. erythropolis对赤铁矿和石英的吸附?捕收作用

为考察红城红球菌(Rhodococcus erythropolis,R. erythropolis)作为赤铁矿捕收剂使用的可能性及效果,对R. erythropolis形貌、细胞壁成分及其吸附前后赤铁矿、石英表面电性、疏水性进行分析,对赤铁矿、石英单矿物以及赤铁矿与石英矿1:1(质量比)混合矿进行浮选实验,对其在赤铁矿表面的吸附状况及吸附机理进行研究.结果表明,杆状R. erythropolis表面既含有非极性基团,又含有极性基团,使得其表面具有较高的负电性和较强的疏水性,因而对赤铁矿的吸附作用明显大于对石英的吸附作用.当以此细菌为捕收剂、在溶液 pH 值为6、R. erythropolis用量为75 mg/L时,赤铁矿的回收率为89.68%,而石英的回收率仅为26.25%.混合矿经过一次浮选,可获得铁品位和回收率分别为50.08%和76.41%的铁精矿.R. erythropolis在赤铁矿表面发生复杂的化学吸附且使赤铁矿颗粒形成疏水絮团,从而证实R. erythropolis可作为赤铁矿的捕收剂使用.

临氢设备用12Cr2Mo1R(SA387Gr22Cl2)厚钢板的开发

介绍了宝钢产临氢设备用12Cr2Mo1R厚钢板的技术指标和生产工艺。以95 mm厚的钢板为例,给出了其化学成分和力学性能等结果。与国内外同类厚钢板相比,宝钢生产的12Cr2Mo1R厚钢板的性能指标与之相当。

特厚临氢设备用钢12Cr2Mo1R(SA387Gr.22Cl.2)的试制

介绍了特厚临氢设备用12Cr2Mo1R(HIC)钢板的生产工艺和技术指标,详细研究了钢板热处理工艺与组织对模拟焊后热处理和回火脆化倾向等性能的关系.以118mm厚钢板为例,给出了化学成分及力学性能结果,结果表明该特厚临氢设备用12Cr2Mo1R钢板成分均匀、杂质元素含量低、综合力学性能优良、回火脆化敏感性低.

Subsolidus phase relations and crystal structures of R-Ca-Cu-O (R = Nd, Sm, Gd, Tm) systems

The subsolidus phase relations of R2O3-CaO-CuO ternary systems (R = Nd, Sm, Gd, Tm) have been investigated by X-ray powder diffraction. All samples were synthesized at about 950degrees in air. There exists a ternary compound Ca14-xRxCu24O41 (x = 4 for R = Nd, Gd and x = 5 for R = Sm) and a ternary solid solution Ca2+xR2-xCu5O10 (R = Nd, Sm, Gd, Tm) with a wide composition range Deltax of about 0.6. The compound Ca14-xRxCu24O41 possesses a layered orthorhombic structure and is isostructural to Sr14-xCaxCu24O41. The lattice parameters a and c of the compound are basically independent of the ionic radius of R, while the lattice parameter b and unit-cell volume V decrease substantially with the decrease of the ionic radii of R. The Ca2+xR2-xCu5O10 solid solution is isostructural to Ca2+xY2-xCu5O10, the structure of which is based on an orthorhombic "NaCuO2-type" subcell containing infinite one-dimensional chains of edge-shared square planar cuprate groups crosslinked by the layered cations Ca and R that locate in the inter-chain tunnels. First-principles studies on the spin distribution on the dihalide-bridged polymer antiferromagnet: Cu(thiazole)(2)Br-2 and M(thiazole)(2)Cl-2 (M = Cu, Fe)

First-principles calculations have been performed to study the electronic band structure and the magnetic properties for the polymeric compound of Cu(thiazole)(2)Br-2 and M(thiazole)(2)Cl-2 (M = Cu, Fe). The relative stability of the ground state, density of states and electronic band structure were examined. Total energy calculations reveal that the antiferromagnetic phase is a stable ground state for Cu(thiazole)(2)Br-2 and M(thiazole)(2)Cl-2 (M = Cu, Fe). It is noteworthy that we predict the compound Fe(thiazole)(2)Cl-2 is a metallic antiferromagnet and has a half-metallic (HM) ferromagnetic metastable state. But the spin-up and spin-down DOS in the ferromagnetic and anti ferromagnetic phases of the compounds Cu(thiazole)(2)Cl-2 and Cu(thiazole)(2)Br-2 all opened a large bandgap. The spin magnetic moments of Cu(thiazole)(2)Br-2 and M(thiazole)(2)Cl-2 (M = Cu, Fe) are mainly assembled at the copper and iron atoms, with a little contribution from the chlorine, bromine, nitrogen, sulfur, and carbon atoms.

R-line thermal shift and thermal broadenings of R, R' and B lines for ruby

Communications in Theoretical Physics

The unified theoretical calculation of thermal shifts (TS) of R-1 and R-2 lines and thermal broadenings (TB) of R, R' and B lines for ruby was carried out for the first time. The calculated results are in very good agreement with a great number of experimental data. Especially by using quantum theory and taking into account all the admixtures of wavefunctions within d(3) electronic configuration, all the Gamma M in electron-phonon interaction (EPI), the electronic energy spectrum and lattice-vibration Spectrum, the very important contributions to TS and TB from single-phonon direct process were theoretically calculated in detail. The microscopic essentials of various contributions are revealed, and the mistakes in previous work are remedied.

缓蚀剂钼酸盐插层水滑石对Cl-吸附行为的研究

以缓蚀剂钼酸盐插层水滑石(HT-MoO42-)为吸附剂,对NaCl溶液中的Cl-进行吸附,探讨了吸附时间、温度和Cl-初始浓度等因素对吸附的影响.测定了HT-MoO42-吸附Cl-前后的元素组成变化,测定了吸附等温线和吸附动力学曲线.结果表明,该吸附反应为介孔单分子层与多分子层吸附相结合,在70 h内达到吸附平衡,吸附量随Cl-初始浓度、温度的增加而增大,吸附过程遵循Lagergren二级反应动力学过程,相关系数R2为0.9981.

Cd(SCN)Cl单晶生长与表征

以NH_4SCN和 CdCl_2·2H_2O为反应原料,采用缓慢降温法,从水溶液中生长了尺寸为:10 mm×7 mm×4 mm新的化合物Cd(SCN)Cl单晶体; 采用元素分析、红外光谱、EDS、TG/DTA、粉末X射线衍射和单晶X射线衍射对所生长的晶体进行了表征.结果表明:所得晶体分子式为:Cd(SCN)Cl,属于斜方晶系Pnma空间群,晶胞参数为a=0.95967(7) nm, b=0.42595(3) nm, c=1.01789(7) nm, V=0.41608(5) nm~3,Z=4.热分析结果表明,晶体在190 ℃时具有良好的物理化学稳定性并且热分解的最终残留物是CdS.采用重量分析法测定了化合物Cd(SCN)Cl在不同温度条件下的溶解度.采用维氏显微硬度法对该晶体的力学性能进行了研究,其硬度值为78.6 kg/mm~2.

Synthesis and characterization of Fe-Cl boracite

The Fe-Cl boracite is prepared by a procedure, consisting of solution mixing, heating, grinding and H-2 reduction. The high valence metal ion Fe3+ reacts with H-2 to form the low valence metal ion Fe3+ so that the corresponding boracite can be synthesized. The lattice parameters and the phase transition temperatures are determined by means of X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. The hydrogen not only plays a role in reduction, but also prevents the oxidation of the mixture. The ferroelectric property at room temperature of the sample has been substantially demonstrated.
