A PARAMETER FOR EVALUATING ABILITY OF GRAIN REFINEMENT OF SOLUTE ELEMENTS

The gradient of the equilibrium melting temperature distribution at the advancing liquid-solid interface of liquid side was derived.From which,a parameter,H,used for evaluating the abili- ty of grain refinement of solute elements was proposed.Experiments on Al-based alloys show that the grain size decreases as the value of parameter,H,increases.Such a dependance indi- cates that the parameter H can be used for choosing grain refiner.

Structural and intrinsic magnetic properties of Y-3(Fe0.96Ti0.04)(29) and its nitride

The Y-3(Fe0.96Ti0.04)(29) compound has a monoclinic Nd-3(Fe,Ti)sg-type (P21/c) structure, and an easy-cone type anisotropy, The Curie temperature Te of the monoclinic 3:29-type Y-3(Fe0.96Ti0.04)(29) is about 403 K, which is slightly higher than that of the 2:17-type Y2Fe17 (325 K) and lower than that of the 1:12-type YFe11Ti (524 K). The average iron magnetization of the Y-3(Fe0.96Ti0.04)(29) is 1.87 mu (B) at 4.2 K, This value is higher than the corresponding value of 1.7 mu (B) for the 1:12-type one, and lower than the value of 2.01 mu (B) for the Y2Fe17 one. These results confirm the fact that 3:29-type structure is the intermediate between the 2:17-type and 1:12-type ones.

Structural and magnetic properties of Sm-3(Fe,Ti)(29) and Sm-3(Fe,Ti)(29)X-y (X = H, N) compounds

The alloy with nominal composition Sm-2(Fe0.94Ti0.06)(l7) is prepared by are-melting, hydrogenation and nitrogenation processes. The Sm-2(Fe0.94Ti0.06)(17) alloy has a single phase of Sm-3(Fe, Ti)(29) with the Nd-3(Fe, Ti)(29)-type structure. The corresponding hydride phase with the same phase structure of the parent alloy was formed after a hydrogen decrepitation (HD) process at 300 degrees C. The hydrogenation at 800 degrees C mainly shows a HDDR process. The HD and nitrogenation at 500 degrees C result in increasing the Curie temperature of the alloy by 72 degrees C and by 158 degrees C due to lattice expansions, respectively. The anisotropic and isotropic Sm-3(Fe, Ti)(29)Ny magnets are obtained after HD, HDDR and the consequent nitrogenation, respectively. The optimum magnetic properties of Sm-3(Fe, Ti)(29)Ny powders achieved in the above two processes are: (i) B-r=0.82 T, H-i(c)=4.48 kA/cm, (BH)(max)=54.3 kJ/m(3), (ii) B-r=0.68 T, H-i(c)=8.14 kA/cm, (BH)(max)=66.4 kJ/m(3).

研究了Sm3(Fe,Ti,Co)29母合金的制备工艺,并对合金元素的选择及添加量进行了探讨.试验研究发现Ti元素可有效抑制α-Fe的生成并起到稳定Sm-Fe 3:29相的作用;熔炼时至少熔炼四遍可得到组织均匀的铸态试样;合理设计加料顺序可以减小Sm的挥发量,多加入20%~30%的Sm可有效的补偿Sm的挥发.成功的制备了Sm3(Fe,Ti,Co)29 3:29相母合金.

Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr合金的磨损特性

利用环块式腐蚀磨损试验机研究了Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zrβ型医用钛合金的磨损特性,并与传统医用钛合金Ti-6Al-4V进行了比较.研究表明:在空气中干磨,Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr合金及Ti-6Al-4V合金的抗磨能力主要取决于合金的硬度及抗拉强度等力学性能;在0.9%NaCl溶液中磨损,Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr合金抗腐蚀磨损能力低于Ti-6Al-4V.Nb含量的提高可以增强Ti-29Nb-13Ta-4.6Zr合金的抗腐蚀磨损能力.

Crystal structure and magnetic properties of Gd-3(Fe1-x-yCoyTix)(29) compounds

A series of Gd-3(Fe1-x-yCoyTix)(29) (x = 0.011-0.034, y = 0-0.393) Samples have been prepared. Single-phase samples assigned as 3:29 compounds with the monoclinic lattice are obtained in the following composition regions: x; = 0.011, 0 less than or equal to y less than or equal to 0.307; x = 0.022, 0 less than or equal to y less than or equal to 0.313; and x = 0.034, 0 less than or equal to y less than or equal to 0.393. The solid-solution limit of cobalt in Gd-3(Fe1-x-yCOyTix)(29) increases with the Ti content. The cell parameters a, b and c show anisotropic decreases with the Co content, i.e. a and b decrease significantly and c decreases slightly in the composition range investigated. The Curie temperature is increased by the substitution of Co for Fe in Gd-3(Fe1-x-yCoyTx)(29). The saturation magnetization first increases and then decreases with the Co content. The dependence of the intrinsic magnetic properties of Gd-3(Fe1-x-yCoyTix)(29) on the Co and Ti contents is presented. The compounds exhibit an easy-magnetization direction on the a-b plane corresponding to the CaCu5-type structure at room temperature. The anisotropy field H-a of Gd-3(Fe1-x-yCoyTix)(29) is decreased and the magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant K-1 is increased by the substitution of Co for Fe. No spin reorientation is observed in the alternating-current susceptibility measurement between 77 K and the Curie temperature.

FeNi29Co18MnSi合金材料热电特性的影响研究

主要研究了FeNi29CO18MnSi合金材料的热电特性,分析了Ni-Co合金、Ni-Fe合金的热电性能,研究了FeNi29Co18MnSi合金中Mn、Si含量及冷形变对合金热电势的影响.研究表明,随着微量添加元素Mn、Si含量的增加,合金单极对铂(Pt)的热电势绝对值减小,且合金冷形变对热电势具有较大的调整作用.

Structure and magnetic properties of Gd-3(Fe1-xTix)(29) (x=0.011-0.034)

Single-phase compounds Gd-3(Fe1-xTix)(29) (x=0.011 similar to 0.034) have been synthesized. Gd-3(Fe1-xTix)(29) crystallises in a monoclinic lattice with space group P2(1)/c, and the crystal structure is refined by the Rietveld technique based on X-ray powder diffraction data. Thermomagnetic analysis indicates that the Curie temperature of the compounds ranges from 517 K to 538 K. The saturation magnetizations of the Gd-3(Fe1-xTix)(29) (x=0.011, 0.022, 0.034) at 1.5 K are 103.6, 102.0 and 94.3 Am-2/kg, and the anisotropy fields at 1.5 K are 6.0, 6.2 and 6.4T, respectively. 29Si固体核磁共振技术在水泥化学研究中的应用

29Si核磁共振技术常用于研究Si原子核周围的中短程相互作用,与X射线衍射、中子衍射、电子衍射等研究长程整体结构的方法互为补充,在水泥化学的研究当中具有重要的作用.本文从水泥混凝土中硅酸盐物质结构的分析、各种水泥的水化、矿渣的碱激发以及混凝土碱集料反应等方面,通过分析Si原子结构特征在29Si固体核磁共振测试结果中所反映出来的变化,阐述了29Si NMR技术在水泥化学研究中的应用.
