nm波段的光谱曲线相似度,分析光谱曲线变化规律。结果表明,对于前4种白酒,对照样与辐照样光谱曲线相似度值越小,催效果越好;白酒存放时间越久,酒体风格转向老熟所需剂量越小,越容易达到最佳催效果;对于8年白酒,辐照剂量超过750
